Contract Description:
The project involved the completion of the renovations to the existing dwelling and completion of the new extension after the existing contractor went in liquidation.
The works to the existing dwelling included -
Repairs to existing roofing,
Installation of new Mechanical & Electrical systems,
Construction of new hardwood conservatory,
New h/wood timber flooring,
Decorative fireplace & hearth,
Renovation of decorative plaster cornices & ceiling centrepieces,
New pvc windows and hardwood doors,
New internal joinery and glazed screens,
New kitchen & utility room units,
Renovation of existing main stairs,
Wallpapering, painting & decorating
New Building - the works here included -
New trocal flat roofing with paved finish,
New anodised aluminium windows, doors & rooflight,
Polished concrete floor screeds,
265mm wide solid oak floor, wall & ceiling cladding,
glass & mirror wall tiling,
glass stairs and landing balustrades,
140mm thick oak doors & frames,
siteworks including drainage, white concrete paths, pea gravel driveway and associated landscaping.
