Contract Description:
The project involved:
Strip out of the existing x-ray facility,
Formation of new doorways and opes into hospital corridor and waiting areas outside normal hospital working hours,
Installation of underfloor services to x-ray equipment,
Installation of new ceiling steelwork support structure for overhead x-ray equipment,
Upgrade of electrical and mechanical installation including new air conditioning,
Formation of new office and records storage area within existing stores,
Installation of new built in furniture including radiation protection screens,
New vinyl flooring, suspended ceilings,
Painting and decorating.
Overall floor area 85m2 renovation within live hospital environment.
