Contract Description:
The project involved the strip out of existing warehouse & retail unit and fit-out to new retail standard - 700m2; including:
Removal of existing asbestos roof & safe disposal of same,
New kingspan cladding replacement roof and associated flashings & accessories,
New powdercoated aluminium windows and doors,
Demolition of existing front offices area and rebuilding same to new
showroom layout,
frameless glazing to front elevation with powder coated aluminium flashings, Tegral Pellicolour wall cladding and zinc roof cladding to main entrance,
Internal fit-out including drylining of showroom, formation of sales offices & toilets/kitchen areas with gypsum partitions, suspended ceilings to offices and kitchens/toilets, suspended plasterboard feature ceilings to showroom,
New mechanical & electrical installation including radiant tube gas heating system,
Frameless internal glass screens & sliding doors,
Painting, & decorating,
Siteworks including bitmac carpark extension, new drainage and utilities connections, granite paving & landscaping to front elevation
