CS Construction was founded in 2004 by Ciaran McIntyre &
Simon Gribbin. We undertake works in the Commercial, Healthcare,
Residential
& Civil Engineering Market Sectors.
Headquartered in Dublin with a UK office in London, we have the capability to undertake projects
nationally and internationally.
Our team has extensive and diverse experience in the construction industry in Ireland and the UK.
As a result CS Construction is recognizable for its innovative and fresh approach to contracting, challenging the norms for our clients
benefit.

and service excellence.

Simon Gribbin- Director in charge of H&S and Project Management
Simon, a qualified Civil Engineer and member of IEI, has worked
extensively for contracting organisations in Ireland and the UK over the last 20 years, including BAM Contracting (formerly Rohan
Ltd & Rohcon Ltd), Manley Construction, and McInerney Contracting, rising from the position of Site Engineer to Contract Manager
on a wide range of projects, eg Tara St Fire Station Development, Aga Khan Stud Farm at the Curragh, Citywest Industrial Units, Rotunda
Hospital Plunkett Cairns Wing, with a value range of up to €50m.
Simon applies his engineering background to maintain efficient and
controlled progress on site, whilst working closely with clients and design teams to meet their project expectations and contractual
requirements. Simon has overall control of each contract and ensures they are delivered in line with the company’s primary policy
of safe management and continuing client satisfaction.
Ciaran McIntyre - Director in charge of Finance, Procurement & Surveying
Ciaran, a qualified Quantity Surveyor and member of SCS,
has worked extensively for PQS and contracting organisations in Ireland and the UK over the last 20 years, including John Paul Construction,
BAM Contracting (formerly Rohcon Ltd), and ABM Construction rising from the position of Junior QS to Chief Surveyor on a wide range
of projects, eg Kesh Marina, Nymex Civils, Lusty Beg Island Development, Balbriggan Passport Office, Bank of Ireland Suffolk St Redevelopment,
with a value range of up to €100m.
Ciaran maintains efficient procurement & financial control of projects, whilst working closely
with clients and design teams to meet their project expectations and contractual requirements. Financial prudence is at the core of
this company’s success and Ciaran’s strategic financial input and structured financial management creates the foundation for this
success. Overseeing cost management for all contracts from inception through to final account, he is also involved in day-to-day project
management and he deals with varying aspects of contract administration as required.
